Halloween was a prominent feature during October. Students were busy making Halloween crafts and decorations in Art lessons. Then, on Thursday 29th October AIS was fortunate to welcome back the Nagoya TV character Wolfie, from the popular morning show “Dodesuka”. Wolfie returned to perform an early morning Halloween edition of the Wolfie Dance live on TV, with a number of AIS students and families from the local community.
The following day AIS held its two Halloween parties. The whole school building was transformed into a huge Haunted House, with students’ art and craft work all around the school. At the kindergarten party both parents and children enjoyed playing a number of games around the school, including a bean bag toss game, bingo and fishing game. There was also a giant inflatable Frankenstein jumping castle, face painting and lots of snacks for everyone to enjoy.
