Cezars Kitchen provided two types of support for the Aoba-Japan International School (A-JIS) Spring Carnival held on April 26. Chef Dario was in the kitchen helping the supporting parents of the fair navigate their way through food preparation, and Cezars also provided freshly baked items such as cheese and bacon rolls, focaccia sandwiches, sweet potato chips, homemade karaage, and New Zealand beef skewers — part of the proceeds were then donated to help the PTA group fund events throughout the year.
The A-JIS carnival, a free event held at the Hikarigaoka campus, featured booths with a variety of food items and games, and a white elephant sale. There was also a talent show, and a raffle draw with prizes such as an iPad, Tokyo Disneyland tickets, and gift certificates.
Cuisine from around the world was available, including Japanese, Chinese, American, Filipino, Mexican, and Korean.
