Every year, Cezars Kitchen straps on their lederhosen and gets ready for the gathering of the German community in Japan over at the German International School of Yokohama. Cezars Kitchen’s onsite facility makes it convenient for the school to produce baked breads, enjoy 100+ kilos of potato salad, or even hold an after-party for the school’s staff after a long day of polka dancing and taiko drumming. This year over 9500 people attended the event, making it one of the largest to date. Chef Maik and his staff at Cezars Kitchen were there to help make it another successful year, “Beautiful weather, great food, and great people are what make the Oktoberfest a memorable experience every time!” said Maik. — GREGORY FERRIS
