Opening assembly of the school year at New International School. NEWIS
The theme for this school year at New International School (NewIS) is “reflection” as it goes through the process of re-accreditation with the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (MSA). The school is now a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS) and is also seeking accreditation by them.
In other news, more than 20 after-school activities started at the end of September 26, including parent–child clubs for calligraphy and violin. Another bus route commences from October 3, with the route originating in Koto ward and crossing Sumida, Arakawa, and Bunkyo wards.
