NewIS students giving a preview of their spring musical. NEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
Students from New International School (NewIS) performed at the Italian Institute of Culture in Tokyo towards the end of last year as part of their Christmas charity event.
They played Santa Lucia and four other numbers on the violin (all NewIS students from age eight learn to play the violin by the Suzuki method), and also gave a preview of Roald Dahl’s version of Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf, the musical they will perform on March 9 of this year at the Theater Green in Minami-Ikebukuro.
