Goals We believe that every child has the ability to learn to speak a second language fluently, and that the most important time to do so is the four or five years before they enter elementary school. We aim to provide an environment where children can become fluent English speakers at a young age. We are entering into a phase of internationalization, and many parents want their child(ren) to learn English at an early stage; however, there are not many schools that provide an all-English environment. Our goal is to break away from the traditional practice of learning English conversation once a week, to a full immersion program that will educate the children to be bilingual before they enter elementary school.
